Who is Jamz?

Hi, I'm Jamz.

AI engineer from Metro Manila. I build the systems that run the repetitive half of a business, then I run my own companies on them. Here's how I got here.

2018

I started on construction sites.

A diploma course at PUP, and my first job as a construction coordinator on low-voltage projects at VFJ.

Then I ran the projects.

Then I went back to school.

Straight into a BS in Electrical Engineering at PUP, still full-time in construction, with virtual assistant work on Upwork on the side.

Then I started building my own.

I co-founded AVAS, a marketing team in Manila, and stepped up to co-founder at VFJ.

I founded JTL Growth and built the AI workforce it runs on: 27 AI teammates, one human. Same year, I graduated.

Now

None of that was the plan.

It was just the next thing that needed doing. Engineering school taught me the one thing I use every day with AI: a system isn't done when it works once. It's done when it keeps working while nobody is watching.
